How to upgrade Xamarin.Build.Download

Hi,
I upgraded my VS2019 to 16.5.3, and have a compiler error:
2>C:\Users\Myself\.nuget\packages\xamarin.build.download\0.9.0\buildTransitive\Xamarin.Build.Download.targets(52,3): error : Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Win32.Registry, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

According to https://github.com/xamarin/GoogleApisForiOSComponents/issues/365github , this is solved by Xamarin.Build.Download 0.10.0 We have just released Xamarin.Build.Download v0.10.0 that fixes this problem on Windows side.

But even if being on the latest 16.5.3 VS, my error tells me that I am still on Xamarin.Build.Download v0.9.0.
Checking the folder ".nuget\packages\xamarin.build.download" I only see: folder "0.4.11" "0.4.9" "0.9.0 ".

So, how can I update Xamarin.Build.Download, and reference it?

Thx

    This helped indeed.
But I doubt this would be the normal way it should work??
