I edit axml, and when I debug on the phone, the changes are not made! I try to add a textview, a button, etc.- In the preview it looks good, but when I launch on the phone nothing is modified ...

There are some problems with Xamarin Previewer. And we apologize for the inconvenience.
The xamarin development team is doing their best to address this issue and we are urging them to release the latest version as soon as possible.
Of course, you can also try other alternate tools ,e.g.
