App crashes on Testflight when I restart the app

My app apparently works fine once installed by testflight.

The problem comes when I restart the app or close the task of the app on my iPhone, and I try to open the app again. In this moment, the app crashes and it doesn't open again.

The app appears with the red/orange circle next to the name/title.

My iPhone have the iOS version 13.1.3.

Can anyone help me???

    Which device did you test on ? older device or latest device?

    Is there any crash log ? We need information to analyse the cause .

    Try to integrate App Center into your project to collect and analyse the crash .

    @ColeX Because... Is it not normal that testing an app on testflight, when you close it, it won't open again ?

    @ColeX I have already added AppCenter to the project, and now I can see the analytics, but it doesn't catch me crash error.

    About the configuration of AppCenter, I have added to the AppDelegate.cs (FinishedLaunching)

    AppCenter.Start("bxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx3a0",
                   typeof(Analytics), typeof(Crashes));
Crashes.NotifyUserConfirmation(UserConfirmation.AlwaysSend);

Crashes.SetEnabledAsync(true);

    And to the App.xaml.cs

    AppCenter.LogLevel = LogLevel.Verbose;
AppCenter.Start("ios=b41cxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0;" +

    I test the Crashes.GenerateTestCrash on the simulator and It works, but exaclty the iPhone crash no
