Shadows are not removed

After updating the project to Xamarin.Forms 4 and now shadows are displayed on all visual elements (StackLayout, FlexLayout, etc)

I tried to add Frame with HasShadow = "False", but the shadows are still not removed. However, I noticed that the shadows are removed if you do Background = "Transparent"

<Frame
HasShadow="False"
Margin="35,10,65,0"
Padding="0"
BackgroundColor="Red"
HeightRequest="10"
HorizontalOptions="FillAndExpand"
/Frame

    I upload all of my xamarin forms nuget package to 4.2.0.709249

    I set HasShadow="true"

    I set HasShadow="false", it is worked as normal.

    If you still not work, please share your demo.

    The background color does not affect the shadow. I set white, the effect is the same. I noticed that if you set it transparent, then the shadow disappears

    The problem has not gone away. I also have Xamarin.Forms 4.2.0.709249 installed
    A very strange situation. This is not visible in all Views.
    Below you can see how Background affects the display of shadows.

    In image files with examples (image file names correspond to the color of the background of the example and code)

    Maybe it depends on the API level? On the real device, the same problem

    I want to tell you more, now and StackLayout shows shadows)) The complete nonsense!
    And other kinds of wrappers also display shadows: RelativeLayout, FlexLayout etc

    Xamarin.Forms will ever drive us all crazy!)

    Could you provide a demo that re-produce this issue?
