App working fine in physical devices as well as simulators but still getting rejected in app store.

So here is the scenario:

The app is developed in Xamarin. When the app opens, a login page appears. The user enters credentials and goes on the next page. This page has menu images with TapGestureRecognizer. User clicks on image menus(buttons), images blink for a second and WebAPI is call. After getting a response from API, the user is redirected to the next page.

Everything seems to be working fine in iOS Simulator(both iPhone and iPad) and physical devices too. Tested in most of the iOS devices and iPad with version 12.4

But, apple team is rejecting the App on the context of when they are clicking on menu images, it blinks for a second but nothing really happens. They are testing in iPad with iOS 12.4

Does anyone have any idea of why is this happening?

Sounds like it's caused by the network things , does your backend support IPv6 properly ?

    Refer https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37637818/ipv6-app-store-rejection.

My backend support IPV6 properly and the apple team is able to sign in and redirected to menu view and then at the view menu option are available.
