Unable to register Google API access

Hello,
I've been trying to register a Google API access in order to distribute my archive, but I've kept getting a weird error (I haven't found anything about it on the web):
"Failed to launch browser with...."
Does anyone know what's going on?

Sorry for not updating the thread. I've already solved the issue by setting a default browser in Windows.

Update your VS to the lastest version, If it not worked, then you can repair your VS in the VS installer.
You could be able to make an ad-hoc .APK and upload that to Google Play as well.
