    @tuyenv your Android "JWPlayer Official Guide" link leads to a 404 on the jwplayer site.

    Thank you, @NashZhou. It's fixed now. :)

    Would this player allow me to play VR360 videos, like this one:

    On the Forms.webviewer, the video is not streamed as VR. However using the YouTube app, the video is streamed as VR360, which respond to device orientation.

    So I would need this jwplayer be able to stream in VR mode.

    So I am trying, however the existing bindings from Nuget (naxam.jwplayer.ios) generates an error during execution, while trying to instantiate the JWConfig Class.

            jcfg = new JWConfig();
            jcfg.File = "";
            jcfg.Size = new CoreGraphics.CGSize(100, 100);
            jcfg.Controls = true;
            jcfg.Repeat = false;
            jwp = new JWPlayerController(jcfg);
            jwp.View.Frame = new CoreGraphics.CGRect(0, 0, 100, 100);

    Erro: Could not create an native instance of the type 'JWPlayer.JWConfig': the native class hasn't been loaded.
    It is possible to ignore this condition by setting ObjCRuntime.Class.ThrowOnInitFailure to false.

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    Have you tried the sample?

    Plz try to disable incremental build and linking on your debug build.

    If it doesn't work, I will take a look.

    Does it support Xamarin Forms?

    @JassimRahma ,

    These are binding libraries, hence they're for Xamarin.iOS/Xamarin.Android.

    Xamarin.Forms is a library on top of Xamarin.Native.
    To have non-default native features to work with Xamarin.Forms, you will need to choose one of following options

    • Custom renderer
    • Dependency service
    • Custom Effect
    • Platform Specific
    • Native View

    All are documented in Xamarin documentation site.

    We have ever made Xamarin.Forms library, please drop me an email to me ([email protected]) for the quote.
