    Do you mean deploying the code and optimizing?
    See the tutorial, it guides how to test an application, optimize its performance.

    Thanks @yelinzh, I'm contemplating sticking with the Visual Studio 2017 default emulators which are
    5" Kitat (4.4) (API 19)
    5" Marshmallow (API 23)
    5.5" Marshmallow (API 23)
    7" KitKat (API 19)
    Android_Accelerated_x86_Nougat (API 25)
    Android_Accelerated_x86_Oreo (API 27)

    I would in addition, test on Samsung 8 & 9 Devices before going live on Google Play.

    Any thoughts?

    @toyins
    SamSung provides About Remote Test Lab. Using the Remote Test Lab service, you can test your application on a real device.
    They give 5 minutes free if you don't have developer account.

    The Remote Test Lab service is available to all users of the Samsung Developers Forum (https://developer.samsung.com).

    • 20 credits are provided to each Samsung Developer user every day.
    • With 1 credit, users can use the Remote Test Lab service for 15 minutes.
    • Minimum reservation: 30 minutes (2 credits)
    • Maximum reservation: 10 hours a day (40 credits)
