Xamarin Android Device Manager Emulator device display

Have updated to the latest versions of android sdk's and tools and using the Xamarin Android Device Manager successfully for testing etc. But the emulator is the basic flat version (which is fine) and doesn't display any of the "chrome" around the device window to display a realistic looking device.

I realize this is just icing and certainly not stopping me from developing and testing but it would be nice to display realistic images around the window for demo purposes. How is this achieved, I can't seem to find how to do it.

See below for an example (video at the bottom of the page)

When making a new virtual device...

Walk through the wizard until you start picking options, then click the 'advanced options' button.
    Scroll down. Pick a skin.

I assume you can update an existing emulator profile and turn on Frame and then pick a skin. Worst case, you can make a new device based on an existing device you like.
