UWP TableSection Title begins always with lower letter

Hi,

I have a TableView, configured as Settings. All TableSection begins with an lower letter, is it possible to change this behavior? My customer wants, that TableSection starts with upper letter, like in Android and iOS. Any suggestions?

The next issue is, that my Customers wants between the Cells separators too, like in Android. Is there an solution? Thank you!
