In my Storyboard, attempt to add a button event but VS automatically removes it.

This is incredibly frustrating. I've spent the last 3 hours creating my storyboard and now all of the sudden I can no longer attach Events to my buttons.

Updated VS & rebooted my machine, still broken.

Please advise, friends!

Quick video to add some context, haven't been around long enough to post links apparently...

After entering the Event's name what steps have you done? Generally, we type Enter key, then Visual Studio will navigate to the corresponding view controller class to automatically add the event for us.
Will this issue occur on a blank iOS project?

@LandLu thanks for the response and you are certainly correct. Generally I enter in the intended event name and press enter, it'll then redirect to the c# controller code and create that event for us. Instead of doing that, tapping enter clears the name I've entered in the touch down event and does nothing else. Very frustrating and still happening.

This also occurs in a blank iOS project.
