VS 2017 - How to prevent Android device from spamming debug output window?

I test on a few different Android devices, and notice that with a couple of them, when an entry is focused, I get a bunch of spam messages in the debug ouput. For example:

01-18 16:00:18.310 D/OpenGLRenderer(10965): prepareDirty (0.00, 0.00, 720.00, 1280.00) opaque 1 <0x6a449900>
01-18 16:00:18.312 D/OpenGLRenderer(10965): finish <0x6a449900>
01-18 16:00:18.330 D/OpenGLRenderer(10965): prepareDirty (0.00, 0.00, 720.00, 1280.00) opaque 1 <0x6a449900>
01-18 16:00:18.332 D/OpenGLRenderer(10965): finish <0x6a449900>
01-18 16:00:18.565 D/OpenGLRenderer(10965): prepareDirty (0.00, 0.00, 720.00, 1280.00) opaque 1 <0x6a449900>
01-18 16:00:18.569 D/OpenGLRenderer(10965): finish <0x6a449900>
01-18 16:00:19.058 D/OpenGLRenderer(10965): prepareDirty (0.00, 0.00, 720.00, 1280.00) opaque 1 <0x6a449900>
01-18 16:00:19.062 D/OpenGLRenderer(10965): finish <0x6a449900>

As you can see it outputs multiple messages per second and doesn't stop until I unfocus the entry.
