How to set a square that allows to move

I would like to create a square that allow me to move.

My first solution was to create a **View ** however when I moved this View it moved the components above it.
Then I try a label but I don'ts worked exactly like supposed.

I want to move the background selected but without moving the content above it and also that allow me change colors.

If you want to move the "background view", you can initialize two views. One for showing as a background view, another for displaying content. Set the content view's background color to clear color and make it overlap on the background view. The struct may be like this:

At last just make the background view respond the user's moving action.
