Hi,

The new .NET Standard apps when create it has the Droids' mipmap folders while the old created .NET Standards don't.. another example, the Android project was call Droid but now it's called Android..

How can I upgrade my exiting .NET Standard app? or I have to do all this manually?

Thanks,

    Hi @JassimRahma

    You need to do it manually.
    The mipmap folders are used to support different screen sizes and other changes also will not affect the running of your project.
    If you want to upgrade your exist app, I think you could create a new project, and move your old project file to it. Make sure
    the NameSpace in two projects are same.

    Hi,

    I followed this link to migrate from PCL to .Net Standard. Worked fine for me.

    https://mallibone.com/post/migrate-from-pcl-to-net-standard

    Always use drag and drop and the method to edit the csproj does not work in some cases.

    I don't want to migrate from PCL to .NET Standard because I already have the .NET Standard

    @JassimRahma

    The new templates were introduced in VS 15.7. You could refer to the following link:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/releasenotes/vs2017-relnotes#xamarin-templates
    As I suggested in my last post, I think the best way to manually update the project is creating a blank new project and move your code to it.
    Or you could add the new foldesr and files form new project to the old one.
