No access to a MAC

What if I am interested in joining Xamarin University, but don't have access to a MAC for iOS development? How will this affect the classes I might take as well as any certification?

In addition, I have a Windows 10 PC at home, but at work it's a Windows 7 PC so the UWP will not be available on that machine as well.

Is there a virtual MAC available for access from Xamarin University if I don't have one?

take a look at Mac in the cloud if you don't have access to one

Xamarin is available on the Win PC and Mac. For learning purposes, you can start with Win PC, but if you decide to go deeper, I would recommended investing in a Mac.

Had too many issues using VS2017 on PC. VS on Mac seems a lot more stable.

    kentucker, thanks for the info...

I went to the following site and am unsure of which plan I need. I would like just the minimum requirements necessary for my use. What plan do you suggest I need just in order to simply connect to the MAC via VS from a PC in order to test with Xamarin?

Also, do you have any idea if you take the certification courses whether or not they give you access to a MAC for free since you would be paying the monthly fee for Xamarin University? I strongly believe if you belong to Xamarin University, this access should be included in the monthly fee.

Anyone else can chime in on the above paragraph as well.

Really up to you. All the plans should work

You can also install MacOS in a virtual machine instead.
    That's what I have done.
