How do I add a Nuget Package to the SOLUTION in a Visual Studio for Mac Xamarin.Forms project?

JaiJai USMember ✭✭

I appear to be able to add packages to separate projects, but what about the solution? I'm specifically trying to add SkiaSharp for Xamarin Forms, but it's supposed to be added at the solution level and I don't seem to have an option for that.

Any thoughts?

Go to Extensions, look up for NuGet Package Management Extensions, install it and reload the Visual Studio. :)

@MarlonRibeiro: I had already done that, but thanks for the info.

@mattward: That was exactly what I needed - I had used the public NuGet extensions which, as you said, didn't fully work with VSMac 7.1. Thanks!

This functionality needs be included in VS or at least refer to this in an official guide. Having the ability to add a nuget to multiple projects is an expected feature. Not including it is ok, but making someone search the web for how to accomplish this basic functionality isn't.
