Using VSTool to build an APK?

With xbuild being deprecated according to the output, I'm looking to swap over all our automated builds to use vstool. I already have this working on the iOS side to generate an IPA, but have been able to figure out how to generate an APK with it.

Old Line that Works:
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/Commands/xbuild client/ProjectName/Droid/ProjectName.Droid.csproj /p:Configuration=Release /t:PackageForAndroid

New Line that runs but doesn't generate an APK
/Applications/Visual\ -v build -t:PackageForAndroid "--configuration:Release" client/ProjectName/Droid/ProjectName.Droid.csproj

Has anyone had any success with this, or is there any documentation for VStool at all? I haven't been able to find any.

Thank you

late reply, but for those who may be reading this after searching try /Applications/Visual\ -v build --target:SignAndroidPackage --configuration:Release [path to your csproj here].

    may also need to
    nuget restore MySolution.sln
    before... not sure.
