How use Xamarin Test Cloud

Need some help with Xamarin test Cloud. I use Windows 10, Visual Studio 2017.
I try to upload *.ipa file to cloud, but can't find where. Сan someone help ?

Hi,
Test Cloud is no longer accessible as of March 31st, instead, you can access AppCenter here: https://appcenter.ms/login
If you use the same email address as you did in Test Cloud, you should be able to access your same account / same team set up. (You would be able to access the same apps as well, if you had any.)
