Hi I am new to Android i have a app which m trying to run on simulator.
But it gives error:
here is not enough storage space on the device to store package: /data/local/tmp/Mono.Android.Platform.apk. Free up some space or use an SD card and try again.

Any suggestion.

Check the Troubleshooting Guide, under the section titled "There is not enough storage space on the device to deploy the package".

When you define new Emulators on Windows, make sure you make at least 500Mb of free space.

I truly strong advice you to go directly into the source at Android docs and read it about.

    Here are your first steps:

of course, why would it work right out of the box?

    It is very simple things.
When your smartphone memory is full so that time what you do?? you might remove extra apps and free up the space.
so here follow the same process.Open your emulator Visual Studio=>Android emulator manager(AVD)=>select your emulator and click on start(for open your emulator)...and go to your settings menu ans uninstall some apps.after free space you can run your project without this error.
    thank you.
