Hardware needed for local testing?

I have an iPhone, Android, and UWP among other devices and 3 MacBook Pros. What is the best way to set this up for a lightweight local test cloud?
A powered USB hub may be one requirement. Other than having a Mac for iOS, and Windows for UWP, what else do I need for barebones local CI/automated deployments and testing?

You can just use any regular CI thing such as jenkins/TeamCity. You can use simulators also, not sure if theres a plugin for Windows phone but there is one for Android on Jenkins.
Xamarin uses teamcity from what iv seen - https://jenkins.mono-project.com/view/Xamarin.MaciOS/
