Charged by Visual Studio Market After Purchasing a Yearly Subscription

Hi I am being charged for an unredeemed Xamarin university code.
Background. I purchased Xamarin University myself but had issues receving the redeem code as the email account was incorrect.
The next day my company purchased a yearly subscription which I did redeem.
I have completed the Xamarin University Certification.

Microsoft say I need to cancel the Xamarin University Subscription in order to cancel there Xamarin University Azure Subscription but I am worried if I do that I will lose my certification and existing year redeemed seat.

Can anyone help me on this as a am being charged and my Azure MSDN subscription is stopping half way through the month as I have a spending limit set
