When I launched the 5" KitKat (4.4) XXHDPI Phone API Level 19 from 'Visual Studio Emulator fro Android' with VS2017 Enterprise, the emualator screen pop up with long time wating for 'OS is starting', and then error dialog pop up.

The emulator is undable to connect to the device operating system:
Couldn't auto-detect the guest system IP address.
Some functionality might be disabled.

I did searched google to try to trouble-shooting in Hyper-V manager for this but all does not work.

I connected my laptop to my home router which has DHCP to allocate IP for my laptop.

I found even though I use local Windows login but my laptop is previously configured to join in domain. I changed to workgroup, I can load emulator for Android now. Thanks.
