Why spend 2 hours making a mockup that does nothing when in the same amount of time you can mock up in VS, get UI approval from the Project Manager (or whomever supplies that approval) - then actually use the layout you've created.
Because in VS ( I still use vs2015 U3 ) it's not simple to fight with stacklayout & co with XAML without a visual reference.
I don't know if the real time visualization of page is better in Vs2017 or like React Native / Angular 2 real time visualization.
