ERROR ITMS-90072: "The IPA is invalid. It does not include a Payload directory."

Hi,

Trying to upload new build to App store and getting this error, nothing has changed from previous build except that now we're using Xamarin Studio Community version. When you look inside .ipa file there is a 'Payload' directory here and everything looks exactly the same as our last build.

Any ideas how can we fix this?

    @PaulBerger,

    How are you creating the IPA file? You should be able to use the "Archive for Publishing" workflow to generate the appropriate package to upload.

    Hi John,

    We use mdtool to build a solution, which we used for last 2 years. Will look into "Archive for Publishing", thank you.
