"Failure connecting to app" message occurs when trying record using Xamarin Test recorder

After installing and launching the app in Phone 6S, below error message get displayed. I restarted my device and macbook but still facing the same problem. How can I resolve this?

    Error message : "Failure Connecting to app".How do I resolve this issue? Due to this problem I can not proceed :(
