Windows CE and Windows Mobile 6.5 support

We are planing to develop WMS RF Handheld device applications, generally old RF Devices (motorola, intermac) are based on windows mobile 6.1, 6.5 and Windows CE Operating System. Does Xamarin support development targeted at such devices ? do you also provide emulators for these devices.

    @netSap,

    No. Xamarin does not support those devices.

    Hello, is there something new on this topic with the new version of Xmarin ? I've to develop an application for a Logistic Mobile Terminal (like Motorola, Intermec, Zebra) based on Android 4.4 , Windows CE or Windows Mobile 6.5. Are any of this kind of devices supported ?

    Android is supported. Windows CE and Windows Mobile are not.

    You're stuck in Visual Studio 2008 Professional with the Compact Framework 3.5 if you're going to do WinCE/Windows Mobile development. Some of the devices can dual boot Android & WinCE, in which case the OS could be changed from WinCE to Android where you could use modern Visual Studio & Xamarin. Beware the version of Android some of these devices can dual boot is very old.
