What are you using to see your device? Have you tried to use ADM?

    Hello @AlessandroCaliaro

    ADM what is it ?
Normally i connect the device to my computer with a cable, after i open a explorer and i can navigate to the device see all folder and files.
But for this device, i don't know why i see the device in my explorer windows, i clic on it's name but no file or folder are present ...
If i copy a file to my office to the root of the device i receive an error ...

I think there are probably a problem with configuration but i can't find what ?

Have a nice xmas guy...and thanks for your knowledge your share here

ADM is Android Device Monitor. If you use Xamarin it should be installed in your machine.
Are you using XS or VS?
In Visual Studio you find under Tools->Android->Android Device Monitor
