MSBuild does not build the Xamarin-Solution

Since the last Xamarin update my APP-Solution could not build with MSBUILD. The build in Visual Studio 2015 works fine. But when I build the Solution with MSBuild an error occured:
error CS0012: The type 'System.ComponentModel.INotifyPropertyChanged' is defined in an assembly that is not referenced. You must add a reference to assembly 'System.ObjectModel, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'.

Here are the Version Infos:
Xamarin 4.2.0.703
Xamarin.Forms 2.3.2.127
Microsoft (R) Build Engine version 4.6.1055.0
[Microsoft .NET Framework, version 4.0.30319.42000]

I need the MSBuild process for continous integration/delivery on a buildserver.

  • The same error occured when I started a build in the older Visual Studio 2013. File explorer shows, that my solution is a Visual Studio 2015 solution.

  • I have solved the Problem.

I used in the past the MSBuild.exe from the following Directory:
    C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319

Now I use the MSBuild-Version from C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\14.0\Bin and now the build finished successfully.
