Error in Make of Fsharp add-in for Monodevelop

First time user of Monodevelop, trying to program in F#, in a Linux x86_64 box.
When trying to install the fsharp add-in for monodevelop, I cloned and followed the instructions:

But make stops with an error relating to NuGet, an add-in I already activated in monodevop.

How to solve this?

It might be an access rights problem with NuGet. The issue linked to has a suggested workaround of redefining the TMP variable to point to a directory where your user account has rights to.

    Right on the spot.
    make finished without problems.

    Thank you very much!
