I have this problem where there are 60 to 100 zombie process created when my program starts. At first I thought that I might be some coding mistakes that I have done but after a lot of debugging I could not locate the source of the problem. I then created a blank project and it still happens.
This only happens on a physical machine as I have tested it on the Emulator and it does not happen. I narrow it down to maybe architecture problem (arm64). Can someone please test this on their phone that runs Arm64 CPU with 64bit compile option? Thank you.
I did the following
1) Create an empty Android project
2) Go to Project -> properties -> Android Options -> Advanced then tick only arm64-v8a
3) Compile and deploy (does not matter if it is Debug or Release).
4) Go to Tools -> Android -> Andriod adb command prompt
5) c:> adb shell
6) ps | grep getprop
