Where do I find "iPhone Build" Extra arguments?

Per http://docs.xamarin.com/ios/Guides/Advanced_Topics/Native_Interop#Linking_Your_Library, I'm trying to link a static C library with MonoDevelop 3.0.5.

The referenced page above says, "To Configure MonoTouch To Link the Library, on the project options for your final executable (not the library itself, but the final program) you need to add in "iPhone Build's" Extra argument (these are part of your project options) the "-gcc_flags" option followed by a quoted string that contains all the extra libraries that are required for your program."

Having selected MD menu Project/Project-Name Options, I then selected the "iPhone Build" item. I don't see Extra arguments in either the General or Advanced tab. See attached file.

Where do I find "iPhone Build" Extra arguments?

Thanks.
