I can't subscribe new platform and change my password / Support?

Dear all,

I want to add a new platform to my Indie license but when I input my credit card it says "Password cannot contains the user name" or something like that.
Note that my password does not contains my username..

And when I try to change my password it says my current password is incorrect although it is correct - I could successfully log out / log in.

Who should I ask support to?
I do not believe there is no support for a problem like this one? The support page states I have to use forums because I do not have a Business license.
So if anyone already had this problem...

I tried to send an email to [email protected] which is the only address I found to send my request but the problem remains the same.
