UrhoSharp 1.0.307 Released

Features:

  • UrhoSharp for iOS now uses Urho3D via Embedded framework instead of dylib (it caused rejects in the AppStore). Please note that UrhoSharp supports iOS 8.0 or higher so open your Info.plist and change Deployment Target from 7.0 to 8.0.
  • UrhoEngine.Init() was removed.
  • Visual Studio Solution template. To help developers get up and running quickly with UrhoSharp we are providing a solution template (you can find it in "Online templates" tab). This template consists of PCL+Android+iOS+Mac/Windows with a simple scene and some assets:

  • Charts sample now looks better - it shows how you can use UrhoSharp to visualize your data in 3D:

    Tried to create a project with VS template, but got this error message during template installation:

    Also want to ask if it's possible to use the template in Xamarin Studio?

    @MikeGringauz oh that assembly was expected to be in GAC. Anyway, I've just put it in the new version of VSIX so can you please try again? (Please open Tools\Extensions and Updates\Updates and Update "UrhoSharp Templates" to 1.2). Thanks.
    PS: Templates for XS will be available soon.

    You need to have Xamarin installed (plus some kind of active license) for the template to build AND run the projects...

    Actually you can develop & debug UrhoSharp Windows without Xamarin. Just unload the iOS and Android project from the solution.
