Referencing Component for Source Distribution

If I use an item from the Component Store (like JSON.NET) and I want to post my solution to GitHub, or share a zip with someone without redistributing the component, what do I need to include?

I tried deleting the Components folder, and when I re-open the solution, XS knows that the component is missing, but doesn't seem to have any "one click" way of re-adding it. If I go to the Component Store and try to re-add it, I can't because it thinks it is already installed.

I have to delete the Component from both Components and References, and then re-add it from the Component Store in order to get the solution building again.

Is there a better way to do this?

Sorry, there isn't currently an easier way to do this. I've filed a bug.

    Thanks Michael.

Is that bug supposed to be private? I can't view it.

No, that wasn't intentional, that entire bugzilla area is private by default and unfortunately I don't see a way to make the bug public.

    Hi Jason,

I've fixed this, but I don't have a timetable for release for you. Keep an eye on the release notes!

I think we plan to roll a 4.0.10 release in the next 2 or 3 weeks.
