Scrolling finished?

I can use ScrollDown() which seems to scroll exactly one page at a time, but how do I know when I reach the bottom? It would be nice if the scrolling methods returned a bool so we know if any scrolling actually happened.

    @ShawnCastrianniIHS : you can use app.ScrollDownTo(X);

    That would require me to know what is at the bottom to specify a value for X. Also, I am trying to loop through all rows in my ListView/TableView to "process" them, but ScrollDownTo(X) would go straight to X without allowing me to visit each row and process them along the way.
