CocosSharp for Android Builds but doesn't deploy

Hi, I'm just taking a look at game development using CocosSharp and tried to create a new CocosSharp Android project to deploy but keep getting an error

2>Starting deploy VS Emulator 5" KitKat (4.4) XXHDPI Phone ...
2>Deploying VS Emulator 5" KitKat (4.4) XXHDPI Phone ...
2>Build started.
2>Unexpected error - Please file a bug report at http://bugzilla.xamarin.com. Reason: An element with the same key already exists in the dictionary.
2>Build FAILED.

I can create an CocosSharp IOS project and run it up in the simulator, but a new CocosSharp Android project will only build and not deploy/run on the emulator.

I thought it was my environment for android, but can create a new Xamarin Android project and run it up in the emulator fine.

My environment is
Macbook 2014 16GB
Yosemite
Paralells v11 Pro
VS 2015 Pro

Does anyone have any tips or can point me in the right direction?

    Make sure your Xamarin for Android is up to date to the latest. If that does not work then remove the MonoGame.Framework.Net reference. See if that does it.
