I posted in "Introduce yourself" and I can't find any way to stop getting notifications/emails about that thread when someone posts in it. Is it possible to unfollow a thread?

Have you tried to click the star to the thread (on top right - should be yello, if you have subscribed) and then should be greyed, if you click on it to unsubscribe...?
Had noticed that in the thread list, not on the individual thread though. In both cases was not ticked. I tried ticking and unticking it to see if it makes any difference.
