Android Emulator could not allocate 0.8 GB of memory for the current AVD configuration.

Yesterday I've installed Visual Studio 2017 with Xamarin. Without making any configuration of the Visual Studio I created a new project following the following steps:

https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/android/getting_started/hello,android/hello,android_quickstart/

Everything was OK until I run the application on virtual device, I get the following error:

Android Emulator could not allocate 0.8 GB of memory for the current AVD configuration. Consider adjusting the RAM size of your AVD in the AVD Manager. 2>Error detail: QEMU 'ranchu.ram'

I checked and the RAM of the device I'm trying to run is 512 MB. The RAM in my PC is 4 GB. How the emulator is not able to allocate 0.8 GB of it?

I run the default AVD which in my case is VisualStudio_android-23_arm_phone (Target Android 6.0 - API Level 6)
