iOS project: App doesn't exists in AppDelegate

Hi guys,
In my solution I have the main PCL project and one project for each platform. In iOS project App doesn't exists and I don't know how I can add it. All references are in place. Xamarin.Forms is included.

    After a good clean and a rebuild the error is gone but when the app starts I receive another error.

    Not implemented

    I check all NuGet packages and everything is there. I can't find what packages are missing or if there is something else.

    @EnricoRossini Visual Studio is suggesting potential fixes, did you have a look at the suggestions?

    @EnricoRossini just delete the bin and obj folder from your App Source folder.. And then try to build it.
