I had recently been using CocosSharp in a somewhat non-standard way, in that I didn't use it for a game. I had an embedded CocosSharp gameview in a Xamarin.Forms page within my app which allowed users to draw atop of an image which was used as the background in the gameview. Users could place sprites and primitive shapes (squares, lines, circles, etc.) anywhere on the image. This was then saved as a file on the device.
But now that CocosSharp seems to be pretty much dead in the water, with zero support, what good alternatives are there for my use?
