"no valid 'aps-environment' entitlement string found for application"

In development mode my xamarin.ios app succeed to register for push notifications. But I want to release my app and submit it to apple store.
So First I have created a Distribution SSL Certificate to app ID and then created the Distribution Provisioning Profile.

But my app failed to register for push and got this error "no valid 'aps-environment' entitlement string found for application"

I opened the mobileprovisioning and looked for the "aps-environment" string there. I found that it already have been set to "production".

I have recreated everything for several times and still I have the same error . what can I do ??

you must add aps-environment key in entitilements.plist file with value as development or production then under IOS Bundle signing under custom enitlements browse your enititlements file, then you will not see that error while building.
