We build an app (Xamarin.iOS) and it is running in Debug and on Testflight as well for the internal testers. However, on Friday we submitted the app for approval and got the approval successfully. When we downloaded the app from the App Store, it is crashing on the "Login with Facebook" page, after the button is clicked and the app is registering or logging in the user. Just after this, the app asks for permissions like Location, then Camera. The app was built on iOS9 previously but we recently tewaked a few features and made it compatible with iOS 10 and tested it successfuly on iPhone 5s, 6, 6s, 7 and 7 plus, all running iOS10.
Permissions asked: Location, Camera, InApp Purchases, Photo Library, Bluetooth etc.
The app did not crash while testing (debug and testflight with appstore build) then why is it crashing when downloaded from AppStore? What I'm also wondering is that if the app was infact crashing on live/appstore, why was it approved? I have no clue why this is happening. Please help.
Just learned that the app is running on iOS9 devices but still crashing on iOS10.
