How to Overflow stacklayouts with opacity?

Hi everybody...
I´m new at xamarin and App-developing.

since 3 days, i´m trying to layout my little app.
i just want 2 Stacklayouts in my ListView and overlapping the "text-Stacklayout" with a little opacity on the Image-Stacklayout...
is it really that tricky :/ ?!
Maybe i am totally wrong with the Stacklayouts...

I try to do the layout like in the screenshot (the right one)

many many thanks in advance... :):)

this is my code:
Currently just the second Stacklayout (

<ListView x:Name="listView" RowHeight="60" HasUnevenRows="true"> <ListView.ItemTemplate> <DataTemplate> <ViewCell> <ViewCell.ContextActions> <MenuItem Text="Favorit" Clicked="OnFavorite" CommandParameter="{Binding .}"/> <MenuItem Text="Share" /> </ViewCell.ContextActions> <StackLayout Orientation="Horizontal" Padding="10" BackgroundColor="#FFFFFF"> <Image Source="{Binding ImageName}" /> </StackLayout> <StackLayout Orientation="Horizontal" Padding="20" Opacity="0.5" BackgroundColor="#CC000000"> <Label Text="{Binding Name}" TextColor="#FFFFFF" /> </StackLayout> </ViewCell> </DataTemplate> </ListView.ItemTemplate> </ListView>
