Located the (Light Camera Model) position and Scale with Quaternion Blender to UrhoSharp

Hi,
How to connect Blender Transform Data(Location : Rotation : Scale:) with urhoSharp (Position:(Vector3) Rotation:(Quaternion))

I got the Data entry from Blender to UrhoSharp and replacement them I Located the (Light Camera Model) position and Scale with Quaternion . But I can not see the model in specific Location ? the code attached with this message
