MonoGame is not working in Xamarin on Mac

I installed MonoGame.Framework and followed the instruction given in these two sites

https://blog.xamarin.com/build-your-first-game-with-monogame-getting-started/
https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/cross-platform/game_development/monogame/introduction/part1/

But having an error as soon as I add Android or IOS project to the solution, can be seen in the screen shot.

I have 6.1.3 (Build 19) with all updates. This is my first try with Xamarin for Game Development.

Error: /Users/Ali/Projects/WalkingGame/WalkingGame.Android/WalkingGame.Android
.csproj: /Users/Ali/Projects/WalkingGame/WalkingGame.Android/WalkingGame.Android.csproj could not import "$(MSBuildExtensionsPath)\MonoGame\v3.0\MonoGame.Content.Builder.targets" (WalkingGame.Android)

I am very late to answer this but hopping if not you then someone else can find this help full.
I installed monoframe package "MonoFrameWork-MDK-4.6.2.7.macos10.xamarin.universal.pkg.zip" that fixed my problem.
