    @Sme I'm not sure if it can work with layouts.

    You might be able to use a native iOS UIStackView

    Is there any specific reason that you're trying to use a StackLayout or Grid?
    There's not exactly that much room in the title bar anyway (especially if you use any ToolbarItems or have back navigation).

    Yes, I ended up using a UIStackview with two UILabels. All I needed was the ability to add a subtitle underneath the main title

    there is an issue in github of xamarin. you can subscribe there and follow it

    It's bad we don't have this in xamarin forms. It's pretty basic requirement.
