C# Console app builded with Mono runtime

I already have an application bundle UI .app , compiled with Xamarin.Mac and the "Include the Mono runtime" in "Code Generation & Runtime" options.

Now, i have also a console-only application, that don't need ANY reference to Xamarin or MonoMac.
How i can generate a single portable executable that can run from terminal even on macOS without Mono?
I don't find the "Include the Mono runtime" section, and i read that mkbundle don't work well on Mac.
I'm missing something? Xamarin Studio don't have any mkbundle-equivalent for CLI project? Thanks for any feedback.
