Xamarin wont load PNG's - Already set Build to Content & Output Directorary to Copy if Newer

Xamarin won't load my PNG's in my MonoMac game for MacOS.

When I comment out the template "logo" PNG the template compiles with no problems and I see the CornflowerBlue screen.

When I include it I get this error - Method not found: 'MonoMac.AppKit.NSImage.AsCGImage'.

I have already tried setting the Build action of the PNG to Content, and the Copy to output directory as Copy if newer and this throws the same Exception.

Please help I have been trying for months to get Xamarin working with MonoGame as I need to use it for a University project. I thank you in advance :].
