ListViewCachingStrategy RecycleElement freezes in iOS 10

I usually use CachingStrategy="RecycleElement" for ListView, but in iOS 10 all my lists are freezed. What should I do?

Not sure if it's Xamarin Forms or Xamarin.iOS related, or both.
