Hello Xamarin Forums,

i have a problem registering a custom file extension.

One of our customers wants to roll out our app using Apple Configurator. The customer can't access our configuration server, so we want to support to attach the configuration file using the documents feature in Apple Configurator. The problem is, that our app isn't visible in the documents window in Apple Configurator. This is our UTI declaration:

<key>UTImportedTypeDeclarations</key>
<array>
    <dict>
        <key>UTTypeDescription</key>
